保通状态下高速公路改扩建路面拼宽施工技术研究

针对高速公路改扩建路面拼宽施工高低差较大影响路面通行质量的问题,文章研究了保通状态下高速公路改扩建路面拼宽施工技术.通过采取布置高速公路改扩建路面拼接段隔离墩,拆除改建段中原限速标志,增设限速标志与临时隔离设施,铣刨高速公路原路面重新加铺稳定碎石基层,铣刨旧路部分,并加铺碎石沥青混凝土基层.拼接高速公路改扩建路面面层,在面层之间洒布黏层油,确保面层之间的拼接效果,最后对实例进行分析,验证了该技术的施工质量.
Research on the Construction Technology of Highway Reconstruction and Expansion Pavement Widening under the Condition of Ensuring Traffic
In view of the problem that the widening construction height difference of highway reconstruction and expansion pavement greatly affects the traffic quality of pavement,this paper studies the widening construction technology of highway reconstruction and expansion pavement under the condition of guarantee.By arranging the isolation pier of the pavement splicing section of the expressway reconstruction and expansion,the original speed limit sign in the reconstruction section is removed,and the speed limit sign and temporary isolation facilities are added.The original pavement of the milling expressway is re-paving the stable gravel base,milling the old road part,and paving the gravel asphalt concrete base.The pavement surface layer of the reconstruction and expansion of the expressway is sprinkled with sticky layer oil between the surface layers to ensure the splicing effect between the surface layers.Finally,the example is analyzed to verify the construction quality of the technology.
