摘要

BIM模型实际应用中可能存在建模工具无法正常导出通用格式文件、模型体量大影响平台性能等问题,文章从轨道交通工程BIM模型集成及模型轻量化的实际问题出发,依托IFC标准在工程项目中的优势,基于IFC标准对建筑信息加以转化和集成,提出了信息模型集成方法和模型轻量化技术解决方案,并在广州地铁项目中加以实践.研究结果表明,该技术方案可以有效实现模型集成及轻量化,通过BIM平台配合可实现基于BIM的轨道交通工程施工信息模型的管理与应用.

Abstract

In the practical application of BIM model,there may be some problems,such as the modeling tool can not export the general format file normally,and the large volume of the model affects the performance of the platform.Based on the practical problems of BIM model integration and model lightweight in rail transit engineering,this paper relies on the advantages of IFC standard in engineering projects,transforms and integrates building information based on IFC standard,puts forward the information model integration method and model lightweight technology solution,and practices it in Guangzhou metro project.The research results show that the technical scheme can effectively realize model integration and lightweight,and the management and application of BIM-based rail transit engineering construction information model can be realized through the cooperation of BIM platform.
