摘要
双壁钢围堰在水中桥梁施工较常见,其封底施工技术复杂,施工安全风险大,封底成功与否关系整个施工进度.文章以广清北延城际铁路项目北江特大桥双壁钢围堰施工为背景,针对围堰封底混凝土和桩基钢护筒内壁夹泥导致围堰封底失败的问题,对深水河流双壁钢围堰封底混凝土涌水问题展开研究,针对不同涌水情况采取措施,以供参考.
Abstract
Double-wall steel cofferdam is common in the construction of bridges in water.The bottom sealing construction technology is complex,and the construction safety risk is large.Whether the bottom sealing is successful or not is related to the whole construction progress.Based on the construction of double-wall steel cofferdam of Beijiang Bridge in Guangqing North Extension Intercity Railway Project,this paper studies the water gushing problem of double-wall steel cofferdam bottom sealing concrete in deep water river,aiming at the problem of cofferdam bottom sealing failure caused by cofferdam bottom sealing concrete and inner wall mud of pile foundation steel casing,and takes measures for different water gushing conditions for reference.
