摘要
根据建筑玻璃幕墙结构的复杂性和对安装精度的要求,在施工过程中要正确选取安装方式,同时加强对施工全过程细节的控制.文章以金隅·大成两厦地下通道与大成大厦的提升改造为例,该项目就既有建筑物的拆除和玻璃幕墙的施工提出以下建议:安装地面预埋件、安装热浸镀锌接合器和柱梁、安装夹层防火及保温棉、安装玻璃板、安装隔热条、安装压板、安装扣盖,实际施工效果较好,可供参考.
Abstract
According to the complexity of building glass curtain wall structure and the requirement of installation accuracy,the installation method should be selected correctly in the construction process,and the control of the details of the whole construction process should be strengthened.Taking the upgrading and reconstruction of the underground passage of Jinyu Dacheng Building and Dacheng Building as examples,this paper puts forward the following suggestions on the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of glass curtain wall:installation of ground embedded parts,installation of hot-dip galvanized connectors and column beams,installation of interlayer fire protection and thermal insulation cotton,installation of glass plates,installation of thermal insulation strips,installation of pressure plates and installation of buckles.The actual construction effect is good and can be used for reference.
