拌和站料仓隔墙作为分隔不同种类物料存放的隔离设施,大多采用现浇混凝土形式,存在拆除难度大、成本高等缺陷.文章以珠肇高铁高肇段3标项目2号拌和站建设为背景,创新性地采用新型装配式波纹钢板作为料仓隔墙结构,该结构可周转次数高、装配式安装效率高、成本较低、结构稳定性好,不产生废料处理,可满足传统隔墙的使用需求,兼顾安全技术指标,同时节能减排、循环利用等方面有显著提升,具有广阔的应用和推广前景.
Application of New Assembled Corrugated Steel Plate Partition Wall in Mixing Station Silo
As an isolation facility for separating different kinds of materials,the silo partition wall of mixing station mostly adopts the form of cast-in-place concrete,which has the defects of difficult demolition and high cost.Based on the construction of No.2 mixing station of No.3 standard project of Gaozhao section of Zhuzhao high-speed railway,this paper innovatively adopts a new type of assembled corrugated steel plate as the silo partition wall structure.The structure has high turnover times,high assembly installation efficiency,low cost,good structural stability,and no waste treatment.It can meet the use requirements of traditional partition walls,take into account safety and technical indicators,and significantly improve energy conservation and emission reduction,recycling and other aspects.It has broad application and promotion prospects.
