市政管线隧道下穿包西铁路防护措施研究

文章依托鄂尔多斯市DN500输水管线下穿包西铁路工程,提出了管棚注浆加固、路基注浆加固、回填注浆三种加固措施,并进一步通过有限元软件模拟了土压平衡顶管机掘进过程,分析了隧道施工对铁路路基、铁路轨道及接触网立柱的影响.研究表明,涵洞主体施工(顶管施工)对铁路路基、铁路轨道的影响最大,该阶段的阶段变形最大,是监测的重点阶段;铁路路基和铁路轨道的变形相差不大,而接触网立柱距顶管下穿点有一定距离,其变形很小;施工过程中既有铁路路基、既有铁路轨道和接触网立柱的位移均控制在安全范围内.
Study on Protective Measures for Municipal Pipeline Tunnel Underpassing Baotou-Xi'an Railway
Based on the project of DN500 water pipeline underpassing Baotou-Xi'an Railway in Ordos City,this paper puts forward three kinds of reinforcement measures,namely pipe roof grouting reinforcement,subgrade grouting reinforcement and backfill grouting.Furthermore,the excavation process of earth pressure balance pipe jacking machine is simulated by finite element software,and the influence of tunnel construction on railway subgrade,railway track and catenary column is analyzed.The research shows that the main construction of culvert(pipe jacking construction)has the greatest influence on railway subgrade and railway track,and the stage deformation of this stage is the largest,which is the key stage of monitoring.The deformation of railway subgrade and railway track is not much different,and the contact network column has a certain distance from the pipe jacking point,and its deformation is very small.During the construction process,the displacements of the existing railway subgrade,the existing railway track and the catenary column are controlled within the safe range.
