Research on Municipal Road Engineering Management under EPC Mode——Taking Guanhe Road and Other Municipal Roads in Sanshan District as an Example
At present,EPC mode is widely used in municipal project construction.Based on the process control of municipal road construction under EPC mode,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current EPC general contracting project management,and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems,aiming to provide practical support for better management of municipal road projects under EPC mode,and also accumulate experience for the follow-up project general contracting project management.
