摘要
当前,EPC模式下被广泛应用于市政项目建设.文章结合EPC模式下市政道路建设过程控制,分析了当前EPC总承包项目管理存在的问题,并提出了解决建议,旨在为更好地管理EPC模式下市政道路工程提供实践支持,也为后续工程总承包项目管理积累经验.
Abstract
At present,EPC mode is widely used in municipal project construction.Based on the process control of municipal road construction under EPC mode,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current EPC general contracting project management,and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems,aiming to provide practical support for better management of municipal road projects under EPC mode,and also accumulate experience for the follow-up project general contracting project management.
