Research on the Territorial Management of International Project Management Process
With the acceleration of Chinese engineering enterprises going abroad and the gradual advancement of The Belt and Road Initiative,the competition in the international engineering market has become increasingly fierce.The localization of engineering business model has become the main measure for Chinese enterprises to reduce costs and improve core competitiveness in the implementation of internationalization strategy.Starting from the significance of localization,this paper analyzes the situation faced by Chinese enterprises in localization,and puts forward the formulation and implementation steps of process management methods,aiming at improving the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.
