文章针对传统测量机器人自动化监测系统存在的低实时性、无实时检核和数据易丢失等问题,引入物联网技术,以远程测控终端(RTU)作为数据采集、检核、预处理和无线网络发送的控制终端,手机App通过蓝牙与RTU进行现场交互,云平台通过无线网络与RTU进行交互,云平台对数据进行实时后处理平差计算,远程查询和下载监测结果,并在项目中进行应用.研究结果表明,该监测系统在保证数据质量的前提下,能满足涉铁工程建设对铁路运营期变形监测的高频次、实时性要求.
Design and Application of Automatic Monitoring System Based on RTU
Aiming at the problems of low real-time performance,no real-time check and easy loss of data in the traditional automatic monitoring system of measuring robot,this paper introduces the Internet of things technology,and uses the RTU as the control terminal of data acquisition,check,preprocessing and wireless network transmission.The mobile phone App interacts with RTU through Bluetooth,and the cloud platform interacts with RTU through wireless network.The cloud platform performs real-time post-processing adjustment calculation of data,remote query and download monitoring results,and applies them in the project.The research results show that the monitoring system can meet the high frequency and real-time requirements of deformation monitoring during railway operation period under the premise of ensuring data quality.
