Design of Process Cooling Water System in Low Temperature Factory of Hard X-ray Free Electron Laser Device
The hard X-ray free electron laser device project has built the largest superfluid helium cryogenic system in China.In order to make the cold box,compressor and other low-temperature equipment with large heat consumption in the system realize constant temperature regulation and ensure the normal and stable operation of the cryogenic system,it is necessary to set up a cooling water system with constant water supply temperature.In this paper,the design of process cooling water system in No.1 well low temperature plant is introduced in detail from the aspects of process requirements,overall layout,scheme design,system composition,operation mode and temperature control.During the trial operation,the energy recovery and standby cold source flow verification test are carried out to verify the design effect and provide experience and reference for the design of similar projects.
