Design and Construction of Hanging Basket Cantilever Pouring for Large Span Continuous Beam Bridge
This paper introduces the design and construction technology of cantilever arrangement of long-span continuous girder bridge by hanging basket method,and puts forward that attention should be paid to the selection of cantilever device,the design of cantilever length and bearing,the arrangement and tension of prestressed steel beam,and the pouring and vibration of concrete in the design.Through specific engineering examples,this paper discusses the influence of cantilever length,structural type and other factors on its construction effect.The research results can provide theoretical basis for the construction of large-span continuous beam bridge by hanging basket method,and ensure the safe,efficient and high-quality completion of the project.
