文章以某产业园双曲面会议中心建设过程中遇到的问题为例,从设计方案、招投标分析、加工辅助、施工模拟等方面阐述了如何运用BIM技术进行全周期管理;通过工程设计、招投标、施工等工作环节的BIM数据互通,对其中的异形钢结构与风动幕墙等难点进行探讨,并提出了解决措施,提高了工程管理效率和资源利用率,降低了施工安全风险及项目成本,打造了区别于传统的新型智慧工地,可为相似项目的管理提供一定的参考.
The Full Cycle Application of BIM Technology in the Construction of Hyperbolic Conference Centers
Taking the problems encountered in the construction of hyperbolic conference center in an industrial park as an example,this paper expounds how to use BIM technology to carry out full cycle management from the aspects of design scheme,bidding analysis,processing assistance and construction simulation.Through the BIM data exchange of engineering design,bidding,construction and other work links,the difficulties of special-shaped steel structure and pneumatic curtain wall are discussed,and the solutions are put forward,which improves the efficiency of project management and resource utilization,reduces the construction safety risk and project cost,and creates a new intelligent site different from the traditional one,which can provide some reference for the management of similar projects.
