摘要
为进一步梳理BIM技术在建筑工程施工中的应用流程,更好地保证建筑工程施工质量,文章以某省妇幼保健院一期工程建设项目为例,建立BIM模型,并从施工前、施工中、施工后三个阶段阐述了 BIM技术在该项目施工质量管理中的实际应用.结果表明,BIM技术可全面地对建筑工程进行施工质量管理,显著提升建筑工程施工质量及效率.
Abstract
In order to further sort out the application process of BIM technology in building engineering construction and better ensure the construction quality of building engineering,this paper takes the first-stage construction project of a provincial maternal and child health hospital as an example to establish a BIM model,and expounds the practical application of BIM technology in the construction quality management of the project from three stages:before construction,during construction and after construction.The results show that BIM technology can comprehensively manage the construction quality of construction projects and significantly improve the construction quality and efficiency of construction projects.
