地铁车站BIM模型应用标准化研究

地铁车站结构和地质环境较复杂,涉及各专业,建造时的构件类型较多,地铁车站BIM模型建设效率较低,工作量较大,模型数据调用不灵活,未将BIM模型在施工优化方面的作用充分发挥出来.文章分别将施工单位和施工过程视为应用对象和应用主线,对地铁站BIM模型应用标准化进行分析,确定了以少类型、多组合的原则建立标准化构件,给出了构件分类划分、编码及参数化设计的方法,针对地铁站不同建造时期的构件,灵活组合形成标准化构件库,便于调用构件库建立标准化场地布置模型,并开展碰撞检查,提高了模型构件在施工过程中的应用效果和质量,也提升了施工单位BIM模型的精度和质量,以及数字化和信息化水平.
Research on the Application Standardization of BIM Model in Subway Station
The structure and geological environment of subway station are complex,involving various specialties,and there are many types of components at the time of construction.The construction efficiency of BIM model of subway station is low,the workload is large,the model data call is not flexible,and the role of BIM model in construction optimization is not fully played.In this paper,the construction unit and the construction process are regarded as the application object and the main line of application respectively.The application standardization of BIM model in subway station is analyzed.The principle of less type and more combination is determined to establish standardized components.The method of component classification,coding and parametric design is given.For the components of different construction periods of subway station,the standardized component library is flexibly combined to form a standardized component library,which is convenient to call the component library to establish a standardized site layout model,and carry out collision inspection.It improves the application effect and quality of model components in the construction process,and also improves the accuracy and quality of BIM model of construction unit,as well as the level of digitization and informatization.
