摘要
阜阳市颍东区拥有丰富的煤炭资源及良好的煤化工产业基础,阜阳煤基新材料产业园充分利用当地的煤炭资源优势,变资源优势为经济优势.随着经济的发展和交通需求的增加,该产业园计划在阜阳港区"口孜岸线"范围内新建一处码头,以满足货物运输的需求,该工程可能对沙颍河的河势演变和堤防安全产生一定影响.基于此,文章结合工程建设与河道情况,分析了阜阳港新建码头对沙颍河河势演变及堤防安全的影响,并提出相应的策略,以期减轻影响,促进码头工程的规划和实施.
Abstract
Yingdong District of Fuyang City is rich in coal resources and has a good foundation of coal chemical industry.Fuyang Coal-based New Material Industrial Park makes full use of the advantages of local coal resources and turns resource advantages into economic advantages.With the development of economy and the increase of traffic demand,the industrial park plans to build a new wharf within the"Kouzi shoreline"of Port of Fuyang area to meet the needs of cargo transportation.The project may have a certain impact on the river regime evolution and embankment safety of Shaying River.Based on this,combined with the engineering construction and river situation,this paper analyzes the influence of the new wharf build in Port of Fuyang on the evolution of the river regime of Shaying River and the safety of the embankment,and puts forward corresponding strategies,in order to reduce the impact and promote the planning and implementation of the wharf project.
