Since the establishment of HR Company,it has mainly supplied gas for H City,during which a total of four low-pressure spiral wet gas cabinets have been built.The stored coke oven gas and producer gas play an important role in gas storage and peak shaving in gas supply.In 2003,natural gas entered H city.From 2004 to 2006,the gas production was gradually reduced.In 2006,the gas holder was officially discontinued.During the 17 years,the gas holder was stopped for maintenance.Most of the equipment was in a natural aging state until the gas holder was removed.Because the gas tank is out of service for a long time,the risk in the process of demolition is relatively high.Based on the demolition practice of HR company's wet gas tank,this paper analyzes the common safety risks and precautions in the process of gas tank demolition,summarizes the common problems in the process of gas tank demolition,and puts forward corresponding solutions,which provides ideas for the demolition of wet gas tank and other process devices under the new security situation.
