新型桥塔临时横撑及永久斜撑施工控制研究

为保证桥塔临时横撑拆除及永久斜撑安装施工安全与稳定,文章以桑园子黄河大桥桥塔为例,运用Midas Civil软件对桥塔临时横撑拆除及斜撑混凝土浇筑进行施工方案优化.结果表明,永久斜撑的存在有利于提前拆除临时横撑,且封顶前的临时横撑拆除顺序对桥塔成桥应力的影响较小,对临时横撑拆除力影响较大;斜撑安装后进行斜撑内混凝土浇筑有利于斜撑适应后期桥塔的受力变化;采用优化后的施工方式,塔柱应力实测值与计算值的发展趋势基本一致,最大应力偏差为0.32 MPa,满足规范要求.
Research on Construction Control of Temporary Transverse Support and Permanent Slant Support for New Bridge Tower
In order to ensure the safety and stability of the temporary transverse support demolition and permanent slant support installation construction of the bridge tower,this paper takes the bridge tower of Sangyuanzi Yellow River Bridge as an example,and uses Midas Civil software to optimize the construction scheme of the temporary transverse support demolition and slant support concrete pouring of the bridge tower.The results show that the existence of permanent slant support is conducive to the early demolition of temporary transverse support,and the demolition sequence of temporary transverse support before capping has small influence on the stress of the bridge tower completion,but has great influence on the demolition force of temporary transverse support.The concrete pouring in the slant support after the installation of the slant support is beneficial to the slant support to adapt to the stress change of the bridge tower in the later period.Using the optimized construction method,the development trend of the measured value and the calculated value of the tower column stress is basically consistent,and the maximum stress deviation is 0.32 MPa,which meets the requirements of the specification.
