摘要

苏州地铁 7号线白荡南站~扬东路站区间右线采用一台土压平衡式盾构机进行施工,白荡南站始发端头距民房仅17 m,始发端头地质主要为粉砂夹粉土,且富水砂层厚9~11 m.通过方案比选,确定采用三轴搅拌桩加固+外包三轴搅拌桩止水帷幕并通过旋喷桩处理接缝的加固方式配合降水法,严格控制盾构始发期间的姿态控制、地表沉降、建筑物沉降等,实现了盾构顺利始发和安全下穿民房.

Abstract

An earth pressure balance shield machine is used to construct the right line between Baidang South Station and Yangdong Road Station on Suzhou Metro Line 7.The launching end of Baidang South Station is only 17 meters away from residential buildings,and the geology of the launching end is mainly composed of silt with water-rich sand layer thickness of 9-11 meters.Through the comparison and selection of the schemes,it is determined that the triaxial mixing pile reinforcement+external wrapping triaxial mixing pile with waterproof curtain and the reinforcement method of rotary jet grouting pile to deal with the joint combined with the dewatering method are adopted,and the posture control,surface settlement and building settlement during the shield launching period are strictly controlled,so as to realize the smooth launching of the shield and the safe undercrossing of residential buildings.
