预应力混凝土梁桥中波纹管、混凝土浇筑及钢绞线等的施工质量直接影响项目整体的施工品质、周期及后期的运营维护环节.应用预应力混凝土梁桥施工技术,可提高桥梁的刚度及抗拉强度等,但应用过程中也出现了部分问题.文章总结了预应力混凝土梁桥常见的施工工法,并针对相关问题提出了改进措施.分析表明,采用合理的防治措施可有效减少出现波纹管堵塞、混凝土裂缝及滑丝或断丝问题的风险;挂篮悬臂法能在避免使用重型设备的前提下保障施工安全.
Discussion on the Key Construction Technology for Prestressed Concrete Beam Bridge
The construction quality of corrugated pipe,concrete pouring and steel strand in prestressed concrete beam bridge directly affects the overall construction quality,cycle and later operation and maintenance of the project.The application of prestressed concrete beam bridge construction technology can improve the stiffness and tensile strength of the bridge,but there are also some problems in the application process.This paper summarizes common construction methods of prestressed concrete beam bridge,and puts forward improvement measures for related problems.The analysis shows that the use of reasonable prevention and control measures can effectively reduce the risk of corrugated pipe blockage,concrete cracks,and sliding or broken wire problems;the hanging basket cantilever method can ensure the construction safety without using heavy equipment.
