摘要
屋面是建筑物的重要组成部分,其防水性能直接关系到建筑物的使用寿命和安全性.建筑住宅屋面一旦出现渗漏,不仅会影响居民的生活质量,还会导致建筑结构遭到腐蚀和损坏,给维护和修复带来巨大的成本压力.因此,文章阐述了建筑住宅屋面防水的重要性,重点研究了房建工程施工中建筑住宅屋面防水技术要点,旨在提高屋面防水的综合质量,为提升房建工程的综合效益奠定基础.
Abstract
Roof is an important part of the building,and its waterproof performance is directly related to the service life and safety of the building.Once leakage occurs on the roof of residential buildings,it will not only affect the life quality of residents,but also lead to corrosion and damage to the building structure,which will bring huge cost pressure to maintenance and repair.Therefore,this paper expounds the importance of roof waterproof in residential buildings,focuses on the key points of roof waterproof technology for residential building in housing construction engineering,aiming at improving the comprehensive quality of roof waterproof and laying a foundation for improving the comprehensive benefits of housing construction engineering.
