摘要
为解决建筑企业工程机械设备油耗高、核算难等一系列问题,文章以瑞梅铁路项目工程机械管理为背景,基于物联网和软件即服务(SaaS)平台技术,从工程机械油耗管理、调度管理、工时管理、计量管理、动态监控、信息化管理和拌和站管理等全过程管理角度出发,研发了一款铁甲云参谋工程机械设备综合管理系统,并在多个项目进行了探索应用,效果良好.
Abstract
In order to solve a series of problems such as high fuel consumption and difficult accounting of construction machinery equipment in construction enterprises,this paper takes the construction machinery management of Rujin-Meizhou Railway project as the background,based on the Internet of Things and Software as a Service(SaaS)platform technology,from the perspective of the whole process management of construction machinery fuel consumption management,scheduling management,working hour management,measurement management,dynamic monitoring,information management and mixing station management,an integrated management system of construction machinery equipment called Tiejia cloud staff is developed,and it has been explored and applied in many projects with good results.
