短台背工况下的预制梁架桥机安装技术应用研究

先简支后连续桥梁上部结构预制梁安装普遍采用在桥台背后长路基段落拼装架桥机,然后配重预制梁体过孔,再安装预制梁.中珠排洪渠桥上部结构为(5×23)m的双T梁,桥梁台背两侧为短距离路基,路基紧邻两侧被交道路深基坑,桥梁上部结构双T梁架桥机安装及喂梁场地长度不足,无法采用常规台背长路基段落安装工艺施工.文章分析了短台背工况安装难点,介绍了一种短台背距离工况下的双T梁架桥机安装方法,以期为其他类似项目提供借鉴.
Research on the Application of Installation Technology for Prefabricated Beam Bridge Erecting Machine under Short Abutment Back Working Condition
The installation of prefabricated beams on the upper structure of the simply supported and then continuous bridge is generally carried out by assembling the bridge erecting machine on the section with long subgrade behind the abutment back,then counterweighting the prefabricated beam body through the hole,and then installing the prefabricated beam.The upper structure of Zhongzhu Flood Discharge Canal Bridge is a double T-beam of(5×23)m with short distance subgrade on both sides of the bridge abutment back.The subgrade is adjacent to the deep foundation pits of the intersecting roads on both sides.The site length for the installation of the bridge upper structure double T-beam bridge erecting machine and the beam feeding is insufficient,making it impossible to use conventional installation process for abutment back with long subgrade section for construction.This paper analyzes the installation difficulties of short abutment back working condition,and introduces an installation method of double T-beam bridge erecting machine under the working condition of short abutment back distance,in order to provide reference for other similar projects.
