摘要

近年来,为有效缓解能源压力,企业将目光瞄准水下油气能源,水下油气项目日益增多.项目开发中,液压式潜没泵应用问题频发.文章以液压式潜没泵的液压管路设计为研究对象,论述了液压管路设计的具体内容和优化措施,旨在优化液压动力系统,提高潜没泵的使用质量,使系统稳定运转,液压管路合理布置,从而提高水下油气开采效率,增加项目效益.

Abstract

In recent years,in order to effectively alleviate the energy pressure,enterprises have focused on underwater oil and gas energy,and the number of underwater oil and gas projects is increasing.In the project development,the application problems of hydraulic submerged pump are frequent.This paper takes the hydraulic pipeline design of hydraulic submersible pump as the research object,and discusses the specific content and optimization measures of hydraulic pipeline design.The purpose is to optimize the hydraulic power system,improve the use quality of submersible pump,make the system operate stably,and arrange the hydraulic pipeline reasonably,so as to improve the efficiency of underwater oil and gas exploitation and increase the project benefit.
