摘要
社会对饮用水水质的要求不断提高,对饮水管道的要求也越来越高,解决管道腐蚀问题成为重中之重.使用环氧树脂复合钢管双金属焊接技术,不仅能解决饮水安全问题,还能解决因管道腐蚀造成的管道穿孔、渗漏等问题,延长了管道的使用寿命,也节约了维护成本.文章结合甘肃省金昌市城市供水应急备用水源工程,探讨了环氧树脂复合钢管饮水管道双金属焊接施工技术的相关应用要点.
Abstract
The requirement for drinking water quality in society is constantly improving and the requirement for drinking water pipelines is also getting higher and higher.Solving the problem of pipeline corrosion has become the top priority.The use of epoxy resin composite steel pipe bimetallic welding technology can not only solve the problem of drinking water safety,but also solve the problems such as pipeline perforation and leakage caused by pipeline corrosion,prolonging the service life of the pipeline and saving the maintenance cost.Based on the emergency backup water source engineering of urban water supply in Jinchang City,Gansu Province,this paper discusses the relevant application points of bimetallic welding construction technology of epoxy resin composite steel pipe drinking water pipeline.
