Research on the Whole Process Engineering Cost Control of Urban Rail Transit Project
With the acceleration of urban development and the expansion of urban scale,people's demand for transportation has gradually increased.As an effective way to optimize urban layout and solve urban transportation problems,urban rail transit has been vigorously promoted and developed rapidly in China.The progress of China's urban rail transit industry has made the project construction units pay more attention to the management of project engineering cost in the process of urban rail transit construction.This paper analyzes the main contents of the whole process engineering cost control management in the construction stage of urban rail transit project,and puts forward corresponding engineering cost control measures according to the characteristics of each stage.
