水平定向钻施工质量通病与防治措施分析

摘要
为避免水平定向钻穿越施工中各种不利因素的影响,保障工程顺利完成,文章研究了水平定向钻穿越施工中常见的质量通病,包括导向偏差、冒浆现象、钻具受损、回拖受阻等,并依据病害产生的原因针对性地提出了切实有效的防治措施,以期为同类型工程施工提供参考.
Abstract
In order to avoid the influence of various unfavorable factors in horizontal directional drilling crossing construction and ensure the smooth completion of the engineering,this paper studies common quality diseases in horizontal directional drilling crossing construction,including the deviation of direction guidance,the phenomenon of slurry,the damage of drilling tools,and the obstruction of back-dragging.According to the causes of the diseases,practical and effective prevention measures are put forward in order to provide reference for the construction of the same type of engineering.
