文章对加油(气)站建设项目的全过程分阶段进行了阐述,全面分析了加油(气)站的建设流程,通过分析流程中每一阶段的关键节点,指出各阶段的风险点和控制点,明确项目建设流程的关键管理要素,旨在为加油(气)站项目的建设和管理提供参考.
Abstract
This paper expounds the whole process of the petrol(gas)station construction project in stages,and comprehensively analyzes the construction process of the petrol(gas)station.By analyzing the key nodes of each stage in the process,it points out the risk points and control points of each stage,and clarifies the key management elements of the project construction process,aiming to provide reference for the construction and management of the petrol(gas)station project.
