摘要
为研究施工管理机构在桩基工程管理中的应用,并对其效果进行深入评估,文章以菏泽东站广场综合体及配套项目灌注桩工程为研究对象,阐述了施工管理机构的组成及其在实际管理中的实践效果.通过对管理机构的合理性、完善性和自身稳定性等方面建立评估指标,对项目进行评估,并从工期、质量及安全方面进一步评价项目桩基施工效果.
Abstract
In order to study the application of construction management institution in the management of pile foundation engineering,and to evaluate its effect in depth,this paper takes Hezedong Railway Station square complex and cast-in-place pile engineering supporting project as the research object,and expounds the composition of construction management institution and its practical effect in actual management.Through the establishment of evaluation indicators for the rationality,completeness and stability of the management institution,the project is evaluated,and the construction effect of the project pile foundation is further evaluated from the aspects of construction period,quality and safety.
