摘要
为研究市政工程设计阶段工程造价编制的影响因素及改善策略,文章通过分析和总结市政工程设计阶段造价编制存在的问题,针对准备工作不充分、资源短缺、费用和岗位分配不合理及缺乏管理法规的问题提出了针对性的解决措施,为市政工程造价编制提供了参考.
Abstract
In order to study the influencing factors and improvement strategies of engineering cost compilation in the design stage of municipal engineering,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the cost compilation of municipal engineering design stage,and puts forward targeted solutions to the problems of insufficient preparation work,resource shortage,unreasonable distribution of costs and positions,and lack of management regulations,which provides a reference for the cost compilation of municipal engineering.
