摘要

文章结合某学院项目,分析了外墙外保温层脱落的原因,并阐述了建筑外墙外保温层脱落的预防措施,包括更换保温形式、加固保温层、消除热桥效应、采用无空腔满粘构造等,旨在增强建筑外墙保温体系的可靠性,发挥保温隔热功能,避免保温板脱落,从而为广大师生提供安全、舒适的室内外环境.

Abstract

Based on the project in a college,this paper analyzes the reasons for the falling off of the external insulation layer on the exterior wall,and expounds the preventive measures for the falling off of the external insulation layer on the building exterior wall,including replacing the insulation form,strengthening the insulation layer,eliminating the heat bridge effect,and adopting the non-cavity fully adhesive structure,so as to enhance the reliability of the insulation system on the building exterior wall,give full play to the insulation function,and avoid the falling off of the insulation board,so as to provide a safe and comfortable indoor and outdoor environment for teachers and students.
