Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Prefabricated Building Design
BIM technology has important application value and advantages in prefabricated building design.This paper summarizes the application framework of BIM technology in prefabricated building design.Combined with specific cases,the main design steps of BIM technology in the construction drawing design stage of prefabricated building are sorted out in detail by using the house type combination design method.The application results show that the application of BIM technology can help the design team to achieve the goals of modular design,parametric design,conflict detection and optimization,provide modeling and simulation tools,and plan and coordinate the assembly process.
