基于场所精神的旧工业区更新改造设计

摘要
国内一大批老旧工业区在迎来更新改造契机的同时,也给建筑设计师带来一定挑战.我国现阶段因改造项目本身受限因素较多,设计一般以艺术创意的改造模式为主,对于场所精神的讨论较少.文章以珠海唐家第二工业区升级改造项目为例,论述将场所精神引入旧工业区更新改造设计的可行性及必要性,并提出具体的实施路径.
Abstract
A large number of old industrial zones in China have ushered in the opportunity of renewal and reconstruction,but also brought some challenges to architectural designers.At present,due to the limited factors of the reconstruction project itself in China,the design is generally based on the reconstruction mode of artistic creativity,and there is less discussion on the place spirit.Taking the renewal and reconstruction project of Tangjia Second Industrial Zone in Zhuhai as an example,this paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of introducing the place spirit into the renewal and reconstruction design of the old industrial zone,and puts forward the specific implementation path.
