摘要

随着科学技术的发展,无人机技术带来的便利越来越多,对救灾或减少灾害风险具有重要意义.文章描述了无人机平台的技术特点,进行正射影像生成和精度评估,分析处理获得数据的不同方法.结果表明,无人机能够快速获取发生事故区域,尽早地有效制定应急响应措施.

Abstract

With the development of science and technology,UAV technology brings more and more convenience,which is of great significance to disaster relief or disaster risk reduction.This paper describes the technical characteristics of the UAV platform,carries out orthographic image generation and accuracy evaluation,and analyzes different methods to process obtained data.The results show that the UAV can quickly obtain the accident area and effectively formulate emergency response measures as soon as possible.
