文章结合澳门名胜世界总包工程项目B地块灌注桩施工情况,介绍全套管RCD钻孔灌注桩施工技术.该技术采用摇管机将钢护筒分节压沉至土层,护筒内泥砂石用抓斗机装载到泥头车运出地盘,岩层采用全液压反循环钻机钻进,整个灌注桩施工过程安全环保,既不扰动A地块地下结构施工,又有效控制了大量泥浆污染南湾湖水,成桩质量好,有效解决了泥浆、沉渣等问题.
Analysis on Key Technology of Cast-in-place Pile Reverse Circulation Rig Construction in Coastal Area
Based on the construction of cast-in-place pile in block B of Macao Resorts World general contracting engineering project,this paper introduces full-casing RCD bored pile construction technology.This technology uses a pipe shaking machine to press the steel protective tube into the soil layer in sections,and the mud,sand,and stones in the protective tube are loaded into the mud truck by the grab machine to be transported out of the site.The rock layer is drilled by a full hydraulic reverse circulation rig.The whole construction process of cast-in-place pile is safe and environmentally-friendly.It does not disturb the underground structure construction of block A,and effectively controls a large amount of mud to pollute Nanwan Lake water.The pile quality is good,and the problems of mud and sediment are effectively solved.
