Research on Integrated Construction Technology of Prefabricated Housing Based on BIM Technology
In order to explore the application effect of BIM technology in the integrated construction of prefabricated housing and clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the technology in the actual application process,this paper takes the first phase project of the Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology as an example to clarify the prefabricated overall design process of the case project.From the perspective of the split design of prefabricated parts,the split design of the prefabricated wall,laminated plate,balcony plate and air conditioning plate is conducted.The practical application effect of the technology applied to the case project is summarized,and the deepening direction of the technology is clarified in order to provide help for the relevant personnel.
