马达加斯加5A国道项目具有箱涵数量多、距离远的施工特点,对此,文章介绍箱涵钢筋笼工厂化胎架整体绑扎成型、箱涵模板一次性安装、箱涵混凝土整体一次性浇筑成型的控制要点.工程采用直径48 mm的钢管搭设钢筋笼绑扎胎架,根据钢筋笼规格随时调节胎架尺寸,简便经济,同时箱涵钢筋笼工厂化加工取代传统现场二次绑扎钢筋施工.创新箱涵模板一次性安装工艺,使混凝土一次性浇筑成型,消除水平施工缝,提高功效、保证质量,为同类箱涵施工提供参考.
Research on Reinforcement Cage Overall Binding and Concrete One-time Forming Technology for Box Culvert
Madagascar 5A national highway project has the construction characteristics of a large number of box culverts and long distance.In this regard,this paper introduces the control points of the box culvert reinforcement cage factory tire frame overall binding forming,the box culvert formwork one-time installation,and the box culvert concrete one-time pouring forming.The project uses steel pipes with a diameter of 48 mm to set up reinforcing cage binding tire frames.The size of the tire frame can be adjusted at any time according to the specifications of the reinforcing cage,which is simple and economical.At the same time,the factory processing of the box culvert reinforcement cage replaces the traditional on-site secondary binding reinforcement construction.The one-time installation process of box culvert formwork is innovated to enable concrete to be poured and formed in one go,eliminating horizontal construction joints,improving efficiency,and ensuring quality,which provides reference for similar box culvert construction.
