为保证高层建筑的施工安全,文章提出用智能升降平台代替传统脚手架.首先,总结智能升降平台的应用特点;随后,以某科技大厦为研究对象,从附墙支座预埋、升降台拼装和吊装、爬升及拆除等方面分析智能升降平台的施工方法,并阐述智能升降平台的施工安全保障措施(防电、防雷),研究成果可为类似项目建设提供理论指导.
Research on Construction Technology of Intelligent Lifting Platform for High-rise Building
In order to ensure the construction safety of high-rise buildings,this paper proposes to replace traditional scaffolding with intelligent lifting platform.Firstly,the application characteristics of intelligent lifting platform are summarized.Subsequently,taking a science and technology building as the research object,the construction methods of the intelligent lifting platform is analyzed from the aspects of pre-embedment of the wall-attached support,assembly,hoisting,climbing and dismantling of the lifting platform,and the construction safety guarantee measures of the intelligent lifting platform(anti-electricity,anti-thunder)are expounded.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the construction of similar projects.
