文章以青岛市地铁 9号线一期工程土建施工 1标段03工区长城路站为背景,基于长城路站南侧钻孔灌注桩紧贴交通调流道路、西临35 kV高压线等施工环境,通过充分研究TRD与钻孔灌注桩施工顺序前后的利弊及相关管控重点,最终确定先施工TRD、后施工钻孔灌注桩的施工顺序.长城路站基坑开挖后,初支面几乎无渗漏水,止水帷幕效果好,为地铁车站施工中TRD、钻孔灌注桩的施工顺序确定及研究提供了重要的经验参考.
Research on the Construction Sequence of Trench Cutting Re-mixing Deep Wall(TRD)and Bored Pile
This paper takes Changcheng Road Station in the work area 03 of bidding section 1 of the first phase of the civil construction of Qingdao Metro Line 9 as the background.Based on the construction environment of the south side of Changcheng Road Station where bored piles are closely adjacent to the traffic diversion road,and the 35 kV high-voltage line to the west,through fully studying the advantages and disadvantages of different TRD and bored pile construction sequences,as well as the related control points,the construction sequence of first construction of TRD and then construction of bored pile is finally determined.After the excavation of the foundation pit at Changcheng Road Station,there is almost no water leakage on the initial support surface,and the effect of the water-stop curtain is good.It provides an important experience reference for the determination and research of the construction sequence of TRD and bored pile in subway station construction.
