文章结合实际案例,围绕建筑工程钢结构网架安装施工技术展开探讨.首先,论述钢结构网架材料准备与检验.接着,详细分析预埋件安装和复查、楼地面拼装等关键技术要点,在此基础上重点探究起步跨吊装及验算过程,包括吊装设备的选择、吊装方案的制订及安全验算等方面.最后,强调安装施工过程中的注意事项,以确保施工过程的顺利进行和工程质量的达标,希望为相关工作的开展提供有益的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
Based on the actual case,this paper discusses the construction technology of steel structure grid installation in building engineering.Firstly,the preparation and inspection of steel structure grid materials are discussed.Then,the key technical points such as installation and review of embedded parts and assembly of floors are analyzed in detail.On this basis,the hoisting and checking calculation process of the starting span is mainly explored,including the selection of hoisting equipment,the formulation of hoisting scheme,and safety checking calculation.Finally,the precautions in the installation construction process are emphasized to ensure the smooth progress of the construction process and the compliance of engineering quality,hoping to provide useful reference for the development of related work.
