紫铜止水片在水工建筑物中的应用研究

摘要
紫铜止水片作为一种建筑材料,主要由紫铜(纯铜)或铜合金制成,因材质具有良好的延展性、耐腐蚀性和密封性能,适合用作止水材料.文章以安徽省某灌区渠下涵为例,在明确紫铜止水片在该渠下涵分缝位置防渗漏的关键作用后,对紫铜片展开性能试验.立足试验结果,提出紫铜止水片在该水工建筑中的应用设计思路,以供参考.
Abstract
As a type of building material,purple copper water-stop sheet is mainly made of purple copper(pure copper)or copper alloy.Because of its good ductility,corrosion resistance and sealing performance,it is suitable for use as the water-stop material.Taking the culvert under the canal in an irrigation area in Anhui Province as an example,this paper clarifies the key role of purple copper water-stop sheet in preventing leakage at the joint position of the culvert under the canal,and carries out performance test of the purple copper water-stop sheet.Based on the test results,the application design idea of purple copper water-stop sheet in the hydraulic structure is put forward for reference.
