现阶段,商品住宅建设成为城市发展的主要方向之一,大规模住宅项目精装修工程管理尤为重要.基于此,文章分析商品住宅批量精装修工程管理的必要性,探讨商品住宅批量精装修工程施工常见的问题,重点阐述商品住宅批量精装修工程管理策略,包括注重加强施工方案设计管理、精细化实施材料管理工作、做好施工进度管理、协调各部门协作、充分利用现代信息化手段辅助工程管理等.
Abstract
At present,the construction of commercial residential buildings has become one of the main directions of urban development,and the fine decoration engineering management of large-scale residential building projects is particularly important.Based on this,this paper analyzes the necessity of batch fine decoration engineering management of commercial residential buildings,discusses the common problems in the construction of batch fine decoration engineering of commercial residential buildings,and focuses on the engineering management strategies of batch fine decoration of commercial residential buildings,including paying attention to strengthening the design management of construction scheme,finely implementing material management,managing construction schedule well,coordinating cooperation among various departments,and making full use of modern information technology to assist engineering management.
