面向危险源的装配式建筑施工安全管理研究

摘要
文章在分析装配式建筑施工危险源的基础上,确定施工安全管理流程,引入装配式建筑项目实例,根据项目施工特点,研究面向危险源的施工安全管理措施,涉及预制构件吊装、应急疏散管理等方面,并检验了项目安全管理效果.研究表明,做好施工安全管理工作可以有效降低装配式建筑施工风险,该项目的施工安全管理方法取得了良好的应用效果.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the hazard sources in prefabricated building construction,this paper determines the construction safety management process,introduces the prefabricated building project example to study the construction safety management measures for hazard sources according to the construction characteristics of the project,involving prefabricated component hoisting,emergency evacuation management and so on,and tests the effectiveness of project safety management.The research shows that doing a good job in construction safety management work can effectively reduce the risk of prefabricated building construction,and the construction safety management methods in the project has achieved good application results.
