文章旨在研究农村公路养护精细化管理方式,探讨其必要性、存在的问题及具体措施.首先,分析农村公路养护精细化管理的必要性.其次,对当前农村公路养护存在的问题进行梳理.最后,提出一系列具体措施,包括革新管理理念、优化管理体制、注重人员素养和强化养护监管等.这些措施旨在实现农村公路养护精细化管理,提高养护效率和质量,为农村交通提供更好的保障.同时,还强调信息化建设在养护监管中的重要性,以期为农村公路养护精细化管理提供理论和实践参考.
Abstract
This paper aims to study the delicacy management mode of rural highway maintenance,and discuss its necessity,existing problems and specific measures.Firstly,the necessity of delicacy management of rural highway maintenance is analyzed.Secondly,the problems existing in the current rural highway maintenance are sorted out.Finally,a series of specific measures are put forward,including innovating management concepts,optimizing management system,paying attention to personnel quality and strengthening maintenance supervision.These measures aim to achieve delicacy management of rural highway maintenance,improve maintenance efficiency and quality,and provide better guarantees for rural transportation.At the same time,it also emphasizes the importance of information construction in maintenance supervision,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the delicacy management of rural highway maintenance.
