随着城市化进程的不断加速,城市拥堵问题不断加剧,地铁已成为国内大城市解决交通问题的重要选择,盾构法施工是地铁区间施工常用的方法.盾构下穿老旧建筑物在中心城区地铁施工中已较为多见,在施工过程中如何做好地表沉降控制始终是盾构下穿建筑物的焦点问题.文章介绍盾构法施工存在的施工风险,并基于济南轨道交通R3线王-裴区间已完工盾构施工案例,剖析盾构穿越老旧建筑物群控制措施,最后通过监测数据验证各项措施的有效性.
Analysis and Control Measures for Settlement Deformation of Shield Tunnel Undercrossing Old Building Group
With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the problem of urban congestion continues to intensify.The subway has become an important choice to solve traffic problems in large cities in China.Shield method construction is a common method for subway interval construction.Shield undercrossing old buildings has been very common in subway construction in central urban areas.How to control surface settlement during construction has always been the focus of shield undercrossing buildings.This paper introduces the construction risks of shield method construction,and analyzes the control measures of shield undercrossing old building group based on the completed shield construction case of Wang-Pei interval of Jinan rail transit line R3.Finally,the effectiveness of each measure is verified by monitoring data.
