摘要

为分析高速铁路拱形钢桁梁桥适用的施工方法,文章以具体工程为例,结合桥梁实际对施工方案进行比选,并对顶推托架法施工控制要点展开论述;应用MIDAS/Civil软件构建桥梁有限元分析模型,对施工期间结构变形、导梁变形、主桁变形及应力等进行模拟.结果表明,顶推托架法十分适用于跨河高速铁路拱形钢桁梁节段架设施工;通过施工过程控制,钢桁梁结构应变、变形均未超出容许限值,结构强度、刚度、稳定性及施工过程安全均有保证.

Abstract

In order to analyze the applicable construction methods of high-speed railway arched steel truss beam bridge,this paper takes a specific project as an example to compare and select the construction scheme according to the actual situation of the bridge,and discusses the key construction control points of the incremental launching support method.MIDAS/Civil software is used to construct the finite element analysis model of the bridge to simulate structural deformation,guide beam deformation,main truss deformation,and stress during construction.The results show that the incremental launching support method is very suitable for the erection construction of arched steel truss beam segment of river-crossing high-speed railway.Through the construction process control,the strain and deformation of the steel truss beam structure have not exceeded the allowable limit,and the structural strength,stiffness,stability and construction process safety are guaranteed.
