软土路基各结构层作用机理及质量控制分析

软土地区市政道路路面沉降时有发生,一旦发生,将影响道路正常使用,造成经济损失,损害政府形象,甚至威胁公众的生命安全.软土路基的处理直接关系市政道路的整体性能,是软土地区市政道路建设的重要环节.文章论述软土路基处理的意义,介绍天津滨海新区中新天津生态城市政道路工程软土路基的处理方式;分析软土区域路基工程竹芭、山皮土层、土工格栅、级配碎石层、水泥石灰土层等路基结构层的作用机理;探讨各结构层原材料、施工过程,以及管理体系、施工方法、施工工序、施工测量、路基排水等关键环节的质量控制要点.
Analysis on the Action Mechanism and Quality Control of Each Structural Layer in Soft Soil Subgrade
The settlement of municipal road pavement in soft soil areas occurs from time to time.Once it occurs,it will affect the normal use of the road,cause economic losses,damage the government's image,and even threaten the public's life safety.The treatment of soft soil subgrade is directly related to the overall performance of municipal roads and is an important part of municipal road construction in soft soil areas.This paper first discusses the significance of soft soil subgrade treatment,and introduces the treatment methods of soft soil subgrade in Tianjin Binhai New Area China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city municipal road engineering;then,the action mechanism of subgrade structural layers such as bamboo bar,mountain skin soil layer,geogrid,graded crushed stone layer and cement lime soil layer in subgrade engineering in soft soil areas is analyzed;finally,the quality control points of key links such as raw materials for each structural layer,construction process,management system,construction method,construction procedure,construction measurement,subgrade drainage are discussed.
