Analysis on Engineering Geological and Hydrogeological Condition of Flood Discharge Tunnel in a County of Fujian Province
Tankeng Creek in a county of Fujian Province is irregularly curved and deeply cut, distributed in the section of the proposed South Third Ring Road and the South Second Ring Road, which troubles the layout of the transportation road network and the planning and construction of the new area in this section. In order to dredge the river channel and solve the planning problem of the new area,it is determined to build a dam on the upstream side of the South Third Ring Road of Tankeng Creek to intercept the upstream water, and discharge it to the Blue Creek through a newly-built flood discharge tunnel. The design of flood discharge tunnel engineering is an important part of the project, and it is an indispensable link to explore its engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions.Taking the flood discharge tunnel engineering as an example, this paper makes an in-depth exploration of its engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions through investigation, drilling, field in-situ test, hydrogeological test, indoor(outdoor)geotechnical test and other methods,in order to provide reference for similar engineering.
