The Investigation Analysis and Evaluation of the Geotechnical Engineering for a High-rise Building in Coastal Area
This paper mainly focuses on the investigation analysis and evaluation of the geotechnical engineering for a high-rise building in coastal area.In the process of investigation, combined with field investigation, drilling sampling, geotechnical test and other means, the distribution and thickness of rock and soil layers are studied in detail. The results show that the rock and soil mass in this area are mainly composed of artificial fill, sedimentary rock, granite and tectonite, with localized presence of boulders and sandy soil. The overall stability of rock and soil mass is good, but there are weak layers locally, which may have a certain impact on the foundation design and construction of high-rise buildings.Considering the engineering properties of rock and soil mass, groundwater conditions, environmental factors, etc.,suggestions for the design and construction of high-rise building geotechnical engineering are proposed, which provides a scientific basis for the smooth implementation of the engineering.
