Analysis on Crack in Reinforced Concrete Precast Slab
It is very important to explore the development law and treatment methods of cracks in reinforced concrete precast slab for improving the safety, durability and reliability of reinforced concrete precast slab structure.Four reinforced concrete precast slab specimens are designed, one without steel mesh, and the other three with different reinforcement ratios of steel mesh. The loading test is carried out on the specimen, and the load-deflection curve, stiffness ratio and bearing capacity of different specimens are compared, and the spacing and width of cracks are analyzed. The results show that the setting of steel mesh can resist the crack development and improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of the specimen, and with the increase of the reinforcement ratio of the steel mesh, the stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen increase, and the decrease in the short-term maximum width of the crack increases.
