Identification Analysis and Treatment of Crack in a Circular Industrial Water Tank
The circular water tank has the advantages of high volume utilization rate and uniform stress on the tank wall,and is widely used in municipal engineering and industrial engineering.Since the use function of the water tank is to store liquid,crack is the important factor affecting its use function.The cracked sewage tank of a chemical plant is tested and identified,the finite element software is used to simulate the calculation,the causes of the cracks are analyzed according to the actual situation,and the corresponding treatment measures are put forward.
